Welcome to Instant Bingo. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our service.

1. Description of Service

Instant Bingo provides a free, browser-based multiplayer bingo game platform. Users can:

• Create custom bingo games with their own word lists
• Share game codes with friends, students, or event attendees
• Play bingo on unique, randomized boards
• Track winners via a live scoreboard

Optional premium accounts (when available) offer unlimited game creation and removal of certain restrictions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using Instant Bingo, you represent that:

• You will use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• You understand this is a casual game with no monetary prizes or gambling elements

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Create games containing offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content (profanity, hate speech, harassment, etc.)
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or compromise the security of the service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or manipulate the service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Violate any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.)

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your access to Instant Bingo.

4. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content you create (game names, word lists, player names). By submitting content to Instant Bingo, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and store that content solely for the purpose of operating the service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is reported as inappropriate.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

If you purchase a premium subscription:

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your account settings. No refunds for partial months/years.
• Price Changes: We may adjust subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers are grandfathered at their current rate until renewal.

6. No Gambling or Real-Money Wagering

If you choose to award your own external prizes at a private event (e.g., a classroom reward or party gift), that arrangement is entirely separate from Instant Bingo and is your sole responsibility.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Instant Bingo is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content

We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or that your game data will be preserved indefinitely.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Instant Bingo and its operators (Reaper Code) shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruptions, bugs, or data loss

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim — or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Instant Bingo, Reaper Code, and our affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the service in an unlawful or unauthorized manner
• User-generated content you submit

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of Instant Bingo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Instant Bingo at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Discontinued operation of the service

Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases. We are not obligated to retain your data after termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [Your State — update as needed].
